Flow and Restore Class
This practice begins with yoga postures at an active pace that focuses on strengthening the body while developing flexibility. There will be longer holds, elaborated sequencing and dynamic breath work.
The session then eases off to a slower paced sequence with a combination of low impact stretches, breathing and mindful meditation
Massage therapy reduces soft tissue soreness and tension through myofascial release. By lowering heart rate and improving circulation, it allows you to restore your body and improve future performances.
